We’re looking for our next smart, humble, and hungry team member that will help us deliver top-quality sales and scheduling solutions to our clients.

You’ll join our sales organization as an inside sales representative and be responsible for processing orders, calling warm leads, creating quotes, and selling custom moving services to customers nationwide.

Here is what you must have
  • Strong computer skills - work across multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Strong keyboarding skills - enter data quickly and accurately
  • Strong phone skills - probing, asking questions, carrying on a smooth conversation
  • Strong multitasking skills - talk and type at the same time
  • Strong basic math skills - adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and percentages
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to type 40 words per minute
  • Proficiency in Google G Suite or Microsoft Office or similar software
It would be great if you had this
  • At least three years of experience in a clerical or administrative role
  • Experience in appointment scheduling and/or sales
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (leads, opportunities, quotes, and cases)
You will be working on things like this
  • Processing inbound leads across multiple channels (phone, web, text, chat, email)
  • Performing outbound follow-up with prospective customers
  • Talking on the phone, assessing customer needs, and recommending moving services
  • Estimating job costs, creating quotes, and scheduling appointments
  • Entering data into multiple business systems (Salesforce, Acuity Scheduling, Google)

  • This is a 100% work-at-home position
  • This is a full-time salaried position (5 days/week, 40 hours)
  • No cold calling
  • You must be fluent in English
  • You must have reliable transportation
  • Must consent to a background check and drug screening (excludes cannabis)
  • Compensation is base salary plus monthly commissions (no cap on commissions)
  • Employee benefits include medical insurance and paid time off
  • Must work one Saturday each month from 9-3
