Moving Help

I used 2 different teams from PacWest. Both are equally professional, courteous, upbeat (which was saying a lot bc it was long, hot, hard work), and friendly. Both teams arrived at two different places on time and were ready to go. Before my actual move date, I received a phone call from a friendly, well-organized, knowledgeable young man. I was moving from downtown a city out to a remote floating home. We thoroughly discussed how logistically the move was going to happen. i.e. Point A, where to park, how to get in the building, driving to point B. From arriving at point B, where to park the truck on the marina, how to trailer down the furniture 1/4 of a mile on a narrow dock to our floating home. To say the least, it was challenging to set up. The movers were well prepared for what they were in store for because of the preparation. I did not get any other bids because I was so satisfied with the initial conversation I felt they would do a good job. I highly recommend PacWest in Portland Oregon. It was a pleasure to work with them in a pretty stressful task.

We had our move on Tuesday and was really happy with the guys that showed up. They called when they were on their way, professional and got the job done. Would definitely use them again, although I hope to never move again!

The movers showed up on time and worked efficiently and quickly. Tyler and Trevor were a great team working in a timely and careful manner. Their team of two, (led by Tyler) was organized and professional. They wasted no time and got the job done within the estimated window of time. I also appreciated Joshua's orchestration of the process and his accessibility to speak on the phone when I called the office for questions or clarification. I will definitely use their services again in the future!
